I am informed i have to remove the Fuel tank on my P38 to change the Diesel pump inside, is there any real difficulty in doing this if i can get the vehicle up in the air? Anything i should look out for which might trip me up? Or any easy way to change it would be good. Thanks Alan

I now suspect that the Diesel pump in my fuel tank (2.5 DT 1997) is faulty, does anyone know how i can get access to the tank to change it? It has to invlove the back seats somehow but i dont want to go removing anything i dont have to to change it. Thanks very much.

My mate has a 2.5 Diesel turbo of 97 vintage, goes ok most of the time but he has been advised the pump in the fuel tank is faulty, apparantly it works off the glowplug relay or something, anyways how hard is it to change this pump? Thanks as usual. BigAl

I have a full width wrap round Simbar bull bar on my 97 RR and it has just the one 'steady' bracket on the drivers side, would i be correct in thinking i should have one on the passenger side as well? Anybody know how i can contact Simbar to order one if there still going? Thanks Alan
