Simbar Bull bars

I have a full width wrap round Simbar bull bar on my 97 RR and it has just the one 'steady' bracket on the drivers side, would i be correct in thinking i should have one on the passenger side as well?

Anybody know how i can contact Simbar to order one if there still going?
