The light should stay on. I don't think you are selecting correctly. Sometimes you may need to go into neutral, take your foot off the clutch then try to select d/l / low again ?

Another update guys...... :) The rear door/window stopped working again a couple of weeks ago. This time I've had the trim panel off the side of the boot and swapped the rear wiper relay for the window motor relay.. Result is as previously - the window still won't lower/door won't open but...

Thanks for the replies guys :) The rear window will not lower with the center console switch. The fuses for rear window are fine. The rear wiper / washer still works fine. I haven't physically replaced the relay for the window but believe it is ok (still clicking). Might try the relay next...
