Hi there Silver Streak here, Has anyone ever wired a caravan 12S socket (The Grey One) onto a Disco 2? I'm in need of some advice; where to place / secure the relay pack to, if needed & where do i pick up the a switched & main 12v feeds from? Thanks SS :confused:

Andy, Thanks for your gen. I've been off-line for a while. Just to let everyone know. Seats now fitted with heating elements. Job done in about 3hrs. Not bad to do. Used tie-raps as described. Nice n toastie. Wife's happy too. Regards SS.

Hi Ratty / Hawkertempest, Checked the wiring loom tonight, from ECU to cylinder head plug. Cylinder plug is oily. But rest of loom appears to be dry; no oil. The loom goes down low down beside engine before U-turning up beside coolant res. Cant understand how oil can manage to track up loom...
