Hi we used to get cracks between valves on Leyland diesels, a good Engineering firm used repair ours with wedges and a bit of machining at a fraction of the cost of replacing the head. As has been said before your head gasket has blown.

I get the same message if I haven't used mine for 4 or 5 days, on mine it's just low battery voltage and clears after a short run.

Hi Guys, Just an update on the pipework. I have found that Rimmer Bros sell all the copper pipes ready made, So I have ordered all the pipes LH & RH, flexi hoses and clips from them.

Hi Holidaychicken I know what you are saying, but both battery terminals were tight to start with. I only undid the neg terminal 3 turns then she burst back into life. Check her this morning and all is well. Battery voltage is showing up as fully charged.

Travelling home last Saturday I notice I had a message say "Air suspension inactive" and no lights on suggesting a hard fault. Suspension was sitting at motorway height, plugged in my laptop fault came back as "Articulation validity fault", reset it and the suspension burst into life to normal...
