just picked up a craking set of tyres for my 110 so i'm throwing in a full set of spares for my landy ( defender 90) also reducing it to a virtual give away price to try and free up space before xmas

had the landy up to 60-65 before no problem in a bit of a hury tonight...to metro centre so floored it it raced to 68-70 then started to react ( the same way as when you slow to 5mph in top) slowed back to 60 no problem any ideas its ex raf.. any chance its had a limit set on it

tried adjusting the cable so that the switch would remain on fast speed but , this wasn,t succesful and there was no adjustment in the position of the switch ...............so i swapped around the switch connecters , so at least i can blow on fast speed :rolly:

went to start this morning and got the red engine immobiliser light showing, eventually worked it out that the battery was flat in the remote ( luckily the other remote was ok ( as with the 90 and ex's disco i didn't have the key code so couldn't manually diengage the immobiliser) the 90 didn't...

why do they both , my first one stopped so was replaced under warrent.............................3 months later.stopped, just tried the rear wiper on the 110.......yes it doesn't work

does anyone know where i can get tree sliders for 110 at a sensible price
