On my latest disco i fitted new fuel lines, one piece rubber from front to back, twice, took ten mins to do, and cost a tenner including jubilee clips :)

100% veg for me, never had an issue, this time of year i chuck in a bit of diesel like 35% never an issue starting! did run waste engine oil once, filtered down to one micron, hmmm thats another story, not a great one at that! however veg oil bang it in and drive! ive been at it for years! only...

We have no intention of selling either, well we actually own three disco's as i have a complete scrapper stashed in my ma's garden! plus a shedload of spares from past scrappers!! However now ive got too find a new home for the scooby :decision:

Did this get sorted?? i have a spare head, stripped ready to go in good working order, £60 plus postage/courier costs!

Its easier to replace fuel pick up and get two lengths of fuel pipe front too back in one go!! No joins or unions except at tank and lift pump! Do leak off lines and lift pump on every motor i get just so i can be sure! Fuel filter change monthly with one always in the motor!

Be needing another one this time next year :p
