Cleaned the battery earth on the chassis and the one on the starter,and the bunch including the glow plug relay by the battery. are there any more ?

1994 300 ES Rear windows dont work,fronts do.Previous owner says could be some sort of control box . Is this correct and where do i find it and can i test it ?
