Got a leaking water pump:( Going to replace and do timing belt at same time as due in a couple of thousand miles anyway. What i need to know is how do i find out what sort of tensioner i have (manual or auto) Car is a 2002 1.8k series on a 02 plate Would like to have all the parts ready...

I have the same noise on my 02 freelander. Had a look underneath can't see any scrapes but how much movement should there be on the rear diff:confused:

i had an annoying rattle and found it to be a small heatshield on the front pipe of the exhaust:cool:
