well im not driving it now,and when i say floor it does still stop me its just not normal

anyone had this? the day after a long journey i start up the car and the abs light and handbrake light dont go off as normal,i reverse out to find i hardly have any braking,i pump it a bit but it doesnt seem to change,so i decide to drive a bit and about 2 miles in thge brakes feel really hard...

turned out to be a small green wire in the drivers door had been sliced probably down to the window mech and a plug had come undone also stopping the front door being part of the full central locking

it was working yesterday but not now it does spring but feels a little weak also another point is my central locking sometimes locks and unlocks while im driving could this be anything to do with it? is there an easy way to get at it with it closed? also mite be a bit of a stupid question but...

no it just started to work again.so im filling up at the next possible chance as for the boot though its bloody annoying there must be a button inside somewhere aswell?

ok petrol cap opens now just boot doesnt unlock by button is there any other way to open?

hi im new here as ive just bout a 95 4.0 hse ive only had it a few days and now im scared to go out as i cant get the petrol cap to open,the boot also wont open so im guessing that they are connected somehow if anybody has any ideas please let me know as im doing my nutt!:(
