I fitted later seats from a 300tdi on to the bases of my older style front seats by making up some bars to adapt the wider base of the newer seats. Back seats fitted the same as originals. Just kept the seat belts in the original position for the front

Just trying to eliminate gearbox fault whilst stationary with transfer in neutral.

I have noticed a vibration and it's generally around 1500-2000 rpm. More noticable under load at low speed. Have run engine with diff in neutral and still happens through all gears. Not sure if its engine clutch problem if you have any ideas please.

Fitted seats on the original runners by fitting steel plate across and extended out with holes to fit wider seat base, it has raised height of seat a bit but a lot comfier than the original seats by far.:D

Had the same problem on my 300tdi and found plastic bush on the window regulator was broken. Found new replacement on E-bay and did not take long to fit I followed the instruction on a previous thread on here.:)

Have got a replacement set of seats for my Mreg 300tdi but on going to fit found that the seat runners ar wider apart on the replacement set and will not fit the original base. The bases that I have got are bolted to the floor and belive are the same as the 200tdi. Dose any body have a simple...
