does anyone know the operating temp of the switches and the thread sizes i'm trying to avoid taking them out and hoping to use them on my 110 300tdi conversion

i've been looking for an r380 tunnel for a few months and they seem to be real thin on the ground
looking on evilbay you can find heaps of lt77 series etc but no r380's
just bought a new 110 fuel tank but run into an issue with the 5 threaded holes that secure the diesel return plate
my old tank was m5 but not this one
i've tried 8-32 and 10-32 so they don't appear to be unified so my thought was a ba size maybe a #2

just fitted a leather type nose seal to my 110 but i can't help think the pinion hasn't seated properly as the wheels feels tight to turn and a bit clunky
no oil in diff yet and only one wheel jacked up
i previously had fitted (12yrs ago)a later type seal but with the original drive flange with...
i'm rebuilding my 110 and have just bought a set of plus 40mm hoses and whilst the front are close to my original plus 2" ones the rear is miles too short
when i removed the axle i cut the rear flexi so have nothing to compare it to, so if anyone has a set of either std or plus 2 hoses to hand...
i'm currently rebuilding my 1990 110,i've ordered a 300 galv chassis as i'm fitting a 300 engine and box from a discovery in it and at the time of ordering the chassis i wasn't aware that the transferbox would be further forward so i'd have to swap props and use the 300 tunnel
