    L322 suspension woes

Quick update, I’ve now changed all height sensors, I’ve also got some links so I can remove the front valve block, and a reconditioned compressor, since last post, suspension is still doing the same, and now, the Speedo doesn’t work, I’m getting to the end of my tether with this car, I will fit...

Blimey, so fitting a crosslink valve was a mistake…. I can revert it all back to normal ( as in, with no crosslink valve) then with the new sensors, I might get some sense out of the car, thanks for the responses, it means a lot…. Watch this space👍

    L322 suspension woes

Would like to keep this thread running as it’s an ongoing problem….. the new air bag seems to leak a little… the compressor air dryer was blocked ( now sorted ) however… the rear suspension still wants to go to extended mode!, So what I’ve done to get over the problem in the short term is...

    L322 suspension woes

further update, I have fitted and plumbed in the second hand valve block, but whatever suspension setting I try to choose, it just always kicks the compressor in and gets to such a height its undriveable, I now own a Hawkeye v5, is there a way of calibrating or resetting the suspension heights...

big, quick update, fitted a second hand valve block, seems previous owner had both front struts connected to central valve block only, suspension seems to only want to go highest settings possible, even if I press the access button, the lowering light flashes, but the suspension raises, until...

    L322 suspension woes

Same here, but to be honest, until the garage changed the near side airbag it was working ok… they can’t explain it either!!! At the moment I’ve got the car at a nice level by releasing air from the valve at the rear and the one attached to the air reservoir, I’ve removed the fuse controlling...

In the first photo ( Wheel arch offside ) the yellow pipe goes straight to the off side airbag, and the joined black pipe goes straight to near side airbag…

    L322 suspension woes

Update.......this is getting strangerer and strangerer..... car had to go back to garage to have new pipe fitted to new air bag...no big deal, after fitting the car went into extended mode, the garage couldn't reset or calibrate or even lower the suspension, they said that the front valve block...

    L322 suspension woes

In an ideal world I guess I should change all 4, as I’ve only owned the car for 10 months I’m not sure if they are all the same age, and with everything else considered I’m not throwing money at the car, just repairing things as they go wrong…. I drove the car from Chichester to Kent with the...

Hi all, I’ve been having a problem with the air suspension on my 3.0 2005 l322, it’s gradually getting worse, I’ve got the icarsoft scanner and it’s saying “too much energy for regulation needed left rear”… does anybody know what this means?? All help appreciated TIA

Good morning all, hope to be picking up a L 322 this Saturday, it has some issues, rust by the rear doors, trims a bit untidy and it needs a new thermostat, height adjust seems to be stuck on normal and I'm sure there will be other things, please expect many questions!!!
