    Another update. And a question on the front door height. The new door skin hardly folds over the frame on the front door. (Bottom only). Im at around 45.5 inches or 1155 mm top to bottom on the skin.. ( measured from the inside at the longest point) can anyone confirm this dimension please...

    Small update. !!. Slow progress of late !! Latest pics.. door frames to be blasted and repaired hopefully I can this weekend.. new skins to be fitted.. Panoramic glass due for Christmas. Then it's the final finish before paint.

    Cappings finally repaired.! Rear door stripped ready for panoramic glass. All prepared ready for some acid etch. This afternoon. Ill leave the full respray to a pro. But good for protection until that time. Updated with a few more pics.

    I bought a mig inverter (second hand) but you need to use the machine before purchase. Aim for 400 QUID for a good one. Covers anything from. 0.8 to 8mm Gas less wire forget it. To much spatter and poor penetrative. Most colleges will welcome you for a few weeks training without certification...

    Small update. Work is progressing in sunny weather. New clutch. Rock sliders. Rear wiring, brake lines etc. New rear floor next, small amount of welding on the bulk hesd. And then time for the fancy stuff.

    I agree so it will remain as is. Great day mind. The nervous of removing the cover of the rear diff. 250000 on the clock absolutely amazed.

    90 rebuild cost

    My 110 is as follows. 1996 2 door. £3500 Half chassis £900 All the other bits and bobs 4k But knew what I was taking on and to be honest I wouldn't change it. Hours of entertainment, away from the misses is priceless.

    Hi all. Looking for parts advise. My 110 1996 van (3 door) front alloy body cross member is rotten. I'm hoping to replace. But for the life of me I can't find one!! Any thoughts? I have removed the seat box so I hope the photo guides you all! Thanks in advance
