I have a '96 Discovery and fancy fitting the later bumpers. Is this possible and if so just how labour intensive is the job ? Has anyone done this ?

Giving the underarch areas the full treatment I noticed I have a snapped spring. These are Koni I believe. So, any recommendations for performance parts dealers....what should I expect to pay..?

From outside, close up and at a certain angle there are very faint wavy lines (the heating elements) so I'm certain it is a H/S alright. As I said before, the switch is there too... (just wondered if there was some kind of downloadable guide, somewhere..)
