moving the valve stem seems slightly out of my wheelhouse. I’ve got some feeler gauges somewhere but I think I’m going to go for a thicker gasket.

Aha, I may be stupid Thicker gaskets for greater piston protrusion. Am I reading this correctly? One hole (as removed) is the medium thickness and the 2 hole appears to be for minimum piston protrusion? therefore a three hole or one hole should be okay but the two hole might be too thin...

Hmm apparently not? The Haynes manual didn’t mention anything special. as I haven’t emptied the reservoir and pumped all the air out the new callipers I assumed that’s all there could be. What am I missing out on?
