There are 3 core plugs in the back of the block, but the cylinder head has one either end about 20mm in size. The next issue would be if the hole it seats in is damaged, how to hone it and fit something bigger...

Hi guys, Has anyone replaced the core plug on the rear of a 3.5Efi Flapper RRC cylinder head while the engine is in the vehicle? Really dont fancy taking the engine or cylinder head off this one (again) Any help greatly recieved please. Thanks, Kaino
