This one is solved. I sprayed some wd40 into iacv again, bended pins of iacv connector and did throttle calibration. Now idle is 800rpm like it should. Dont know what actually did the job, but it was one of those.

Ok, then the first iacv could be broken. It was moving inside and out with hand. But anyway its now replaced and should be good.

Ive triple checked all the vacuun lines and connection, no problem with those. If theres a leak it must be underneath intake manifold and i cant see that. Maybe there is a massive crack but engine sound normal. First iacv was ok, i put wd40 in it and it got stuck right after that. I dont know...

I forgot to mention. These symptons started day or two after i replaced my power steering pipe. I didnt notice there was a spool valve and it did fall off with spring. I did put them back but not sure if its correctly. Power steering works ok tho.

The car worked for one day. I did a bulb test and the result was that the 21w bulb did not light. I added 2 extra ground wires and still the bulb didn't light up. Today I get a new relay and hopefully it will fix the problem. If not, then I replace the entire wire for the fuel pump.

I removed the fuel line and there was no pressure. The pump remains quiet. I fed the pump directly from the battery and it started working. Then switch back to the car's own plug and engine runs normally. I don't know what was wrong, but now everything is fine. I'm monitoring the situation and...

I did replace the whole sender unit so there is new filter allready. I thought there would be another somewhere. I guess pressure regulator is in sender unit too so no need to check that either. Dammit, what next? It has been very cold for few days so there might be ice somewhere in fuel system...

Ground point found. I used my multimeter to beep this ground point with fuel pump connectors and there is contact. Fuel filter still not found.

Spark plugs are dry so no fuel coming through. I also tested the old fuel pump with battery and it works. Can you tell me where is the fuel filter located in this car? Under the hood maybe?

So no chance fuel pump relay controls pump via ground wires instead of 12v? I will try to find bulb somewhere and test. There is 2 ground wires and both of those join the main harness and then disappears to somewhere. Not exactly sure which one is the right ground for pumps main power.
