I recently had exactly the same ‘hot starting’ issue with my FL1 TD4. The problem started after I added some gunk remover to a tank of fuel and it turns out I clogged the fuel filter! Replaced the filter and everything’s fine.

Thanks TSR. Are all the Torx sizes likely to be standard 6 star without the annoying security bit in the middle that stops you using standard Torx bits? I've got a set of the normal Torx bits but not the security ones.
