Hasn’t done it since, but we are doing a long journey next week and I’m a bit concerned it may let me down.

Engine system fault on my V8 3.6Diesel, vehicle then went into limp mode, switched off and restarted and everything seems fina again

Has anyone had a similar fault show?

Good morning. 1st time forum writer!! Just purchased a 3.6 V8 Vogue on a 58 plate 129000 miles and has been driving perfectly. I had an alternator fitted last week and a new battery and although I'm sure fault is not connected, I had a random "Engine system fault" message come up on the dash...
