Hi guys and ladies. On my freelander 1 I dont get power to glowplugs. Ive checked fuse etc. where can I look further to find problem. The light on the dash even dont come on

Ive bought a freelander 1 2000 model. They come with land rover engine and bmw engine. How do i know which is my engine? Must get a turbo but they all ask me which engine it is. Please advise
