I used a trolley jack to push the diff guard in to alligmnment and first time I bought a qt set they sent short bolts so if they dont reach be aware! i also throw away the counterbalance ,never missed it and have done two discos with qt guards now. good luck regards paul vp

A buddie of mine has given me 20 lts of Shell 15/40 oil. it is not marked desiel.. is it there a definate differance between oil label sutiable for desiels and petrol oils? grateful for anyones advice or knowledge Paul vp uk

I have removed the vibration damper on all three of my discos never had any problems . its a birmingham fix any way "if in not sure bang on a large lump of metal !!!!!" However i do not do over 70 in mine so bewhere. its worththe effort and gives you peace of mind . if you dont do it ever time...

fitted two sets to the last two disco no problems atall . however had to use atrolley jack to allign the last bolts. Saved my diffs on two many occasions to count . DO IT wotrth ever penny and gives you that added comfidence when your buddie in frond starts to dig a rut with his diff you FLY...
