Thanks Nodge 68 No messages, I’m letting the system check complete before starting, and the battery is two years old. As an aside it is only the second battery. I’ll try a hard reset again today if it stops raining. What do I need to do a full systems code read?

2012 fl2. Had it since new, love it but previous car was a Volvo and I’m used to driving with headlights on. The lights illuminating the dash and instruments have always been poor, even with the headlights off during daylight. Anyone know of a fix please?

Not really sure. I can only find a fuse in the handbook that protects the motor circuit, the mirrors move ok so unless there is a separate fuse that is not listed.........? Or I’ve been unable to find in the handbook. Thanks for that.

Thanks again, I’ll check with the battery fitters to check if they’ve reset it. It’s only a month old though so I suspect the answer probably lies elsewhere.

Thanks, I’ll need to check that, the battery was not changed by the main dealer but it has since had a full service and the battery was disconnected then, wouldn’t the BMS have been reset at that time? Is it something I am able to check?
