Hi, Had fuel by one of my injectors. I had recently had the injectors serviced and refitted the HP pipes to 20Nm. When returning from a run a small pool of diesel had accumulated. It didn’t seem to form when idling. On close examination it was coming from the HP pipe. I undid the nut a little...

Hi, just replacing my turbo. When I removed the turbo there was no gasket between the manifold and turbine housing. Is this correct or should I fit one? Thanks.

Just doing my turbo. Agree with front pipe removal as I couldn’t get to the clips on the oil return. Thanks for the guide!

Not aware of an engine change but it could have done? I’ll check the engine numbers later. Is there a link on here showing what age the engine numbers relate to?

Thanks guys, I’ve removed the manifold (which needs a clean) but can see no trace of a connector / damaged wires for the air temp sensor anywhere at the front of the vehicle. Are there different set ups as I have seen some pics on line of td4’s without a sensor in this position? Just wondering...

Thanks for the reply. At the moment I can’t see any wires. I’ve had a mirror trying to see but not found anything. Now I know it should be connected I’ll keep looking.
