Hi, Should the power steering pulley be able to spin freely with the belt off ? I struggled to get the pulley bolts off when removing them to do the P gasket, ended up using a blow torch and irwin bolt removers which I had to hammer on. 1995 300tdi.

(1995 300tdi) Hi does anyone know if the exhaust clamp on the downpipe is replaceable ? I managed to shear the bolts whilst trying to undo the exhaust. Is there an alternative that I can fit without having to remove the downpipe any help would be much appreciated regards Steve
