Hi, if it was me i would cut it out and replace the damaged bit only. it is IMO a very simple and satisfying task and all you will need are snips, rivets and rivet gun, filler sandpaper and paint of course when i have done this in the past after the rivets have been put in place, i flatten them...

HI All Not needing to get any harnesses, but i am needing to get a selection of different lengths of 2 colour wiring ie black/blue yellow red etc and all the other colours, have done a man look at the internet but to no avail, lots of single colours, no use i am assuming that most of the wiring...

yes mate this was me back in May when i tried and it did not work out, so i left it for a while and here i am with the same issue. i bought the bearings months appart to make sure i did not get one from the same batch. But , here i am with this thread yet again

Hi Guys Have just replaced the top bearing (not the best quality) on my steering column outer, this time i used a press to locate it (the first one failed miserably). Now the bearing is seated and free spinning..... However when i put it over the steering drive shaft it is a VERY tight fit from...

alas, all was not as it seemed in the begining, this seatbox (completly rebuilt) was one of many bad bits i found on the car, the second was the rear chasis crossmember had a bit of rot in the far nearside corner which has been replaced, the third was the nearside front outrigger which has also...
