Yes, plenty of air coming through all vents, just luke warm when a/c on, and hot when heater control turned into the red :(

Thanks clutchdust :), the guy who checked the unit said the pressure was fine, so I'm guessing not too high or too low :confused:. The compressor seems to be working fine. Looks like its off to the garage :(

Wasn't trying to say you were over the limit, just that that may have also been a factor in the swaying you get when overtaking, I get the same. The weight stated for our Freelander, although a 3 door, was 1555kg. I did read somewhere that getting close to the noseweight limit is the way to go...

I think you'll find the car more stable getting the nose weight nearer it's maximum. Is that your van in the picture? if so that must be rather close, if not over, your 100% limit?

Have experimented with all the different settings and still no cold air :(. My feeling is that if no cold air is coming through any setting then surely it has to be more than just the flaps possibly sticking, the hot control not closing off properly? Thanks for the help Willo :)

When I have the air con on, no cold air comes in through any vents inside the car. Had it checked over and was told every thing was working perfectly, plenty of gas, condenser fine, plenty of pressure. The pipes going into the car by the bulk head are cold. The guy reckons that the controls...

Hi Nick, only noticed this noise today, also a little bit of smoke coming from a small exhaust pipe? under the front bumper. :confused: Havent heard the other noise :rolleyes: for a while

Thanks for that willo, the noise is intermitent and hasn't happened the last few days, when it does I will check it out :)

Surely all deisel cars dont go through fuel pumps when it gets cold, do they?? :confused:
