Thanks James What I dont understand is ERR7296 (bearhmach) looks identical to the err7387. The difference being the bearmach pulley comes without all the other bits and pieces? Do you have any info on those and why they not included?

Could somebody please assist... So I ordered a replacement pulley for my discovery 1 300tdi. Old pulley is on the left, new pulley on the right (ERR7296). It's plain to see they are different. My supplier in South Africa is not sure if it will work. They say this pulley supercedes the old...

Thanks guys :) I have just got the lock mechanism out of the donor car door. Questions: are you getting these procedures from the RAVE manual? I have downloaded what I think is the copy. 12.7 mb ? does that sound right? Can I service a lock mechanism at all ? grease? q20?

Thanks Biggeeeee! I have the door card off. I have removed every exterior screw that I can see. I have been told I need to remove the complete window frame and pull the lock out to the top of the door? Not sure how to remove the window frame.

Morning all So this is my first technical issue that is really driving me crazy. I can open and close my doors with my remote. The actuators work fine. When I am in the drivers seat and I lock the door using the internal latch... then the door will not open.I end up having to open the door...
