I guess as its always running on lpg so that's why it was tested like it.

Just scraped through the mot on emissions on lpg. Any one have any suggestions before I take it back to the installer. who says they never have problems. Systems about 2 years old Prins. Put additive in petrol tank anyway. Cheers

How far in do they go? Ones showing a slight scoring. Is there a set distance between the tip and the trigger. Also getting the abs fault light coming on so have changed one the other was changed last year. Mot time so changed the 4 ball joints just need to sort out the abs issue Cheers

Hi Its an R reg P38. No noises can be heard when you operate any of the switches so a specialist said maybe the becm has shut that part of the system down. I will go to Land Rover tomorrow to get the EKA code and hopefully that may sort it. I hope it does. I will go and lock for this sunroof key...

We had our 4.6 converted as soon as we got it . Its a 1996 and has been good as gold. It's a Prins system with a tank where the spare wheel goes. LPG in Dorset is about 60p / litre . Had no problems in the year it's been fitted, It had a free check after 500 miles.

Yeah I know but there must be a way of making it better so that what I was thinking about going through the car and replacing bushes etc so was wondering if it's better to fit the Range Rover ones or if the cheaper ones are just as good. Cheers. P.s putting it to work today towing our caravan

My 98 P38 has terrible steering . It has the sport 20" alloys that probably don't help but it seems to follow every tramline in the road and is a right pain. So was thinking about changing all the suspension bushes and maybe the track rod ends. Looking at the Rimmer website they do a genuine...

My 1998 4.6 with 20" sport alloys seems to wander a lot. I know that it will tramline due to the width of the wheels but was wondering what parts of the suspension and steering could be past their sell by date and may need to be replaced. The tyres are still legal but was going to replace them...

Well I've ordered a new MAF for about £100 from Rimmers. If it smokes a lot how can it be the idle sensor. The exhaust tips look very sooty .

Haven't done this fix yet. But the problem seems to be getting worse. It very nearly cuts out with the alternator light flickering as if it's about to stall when stuck in traffic. If the ride quality was dependant upon the size of the rims in my case 20 why are they fitted to the new versions and in some cases 22 so I can't see that they would be a problem with a different suspension set up. Thats why I need a better system .
