    Fuel pump diagphram gone again

Thanks for the reply, I replaced the previous one with a delphi oem part. Did the job myself. I am guessing that the cave pump is the problem and the diaphragm issues are as a result of it. Looks like I might have to bring forward the conversion after all.

    Fuel pump diagphram gone again

Once again my "trusty" 19j has decided to cause me problems once again this week. After a burst brake pipe I thought nothing else could go wrong but it did. I replaced the fuel pump diagphram again a few months ago but is has appeared to have split again, is this just an unlucky coincidence or...

Question on lines running to Turbo

Could mean that you're boost diagram is split which would mean that fuel could be going up that pipe which is the boost pipe. I found that once I had it properly reconnected the engine gave a lot more boost. I checked whether diesel was leaking by connecting the line to a plastic bottle. The...

    Clutch pedal doesn't do anything

Checked the level in the master cylinder it appears tI be low. Took the 90 off road yesterday wonder if that is linked. Is there a specific type of fluid to use or can it be generic. I assume it must have leaked very quickly considering it was fine yesterday and deteriorated very quickly today.

    cav fuel pump problems

After determining that the sudden reving, knocking and smoke was caused by the fuel diaphragm failing, and letting a large amount of diesel into the turbo. My question is does anyone know where the fuel diaphragm can be bought I can't find anywhere on the net. Cheers Henry
