My SRS is working when I press the switch the light goes straight off, if I press and hold it glows amber but no movement on the back end. Ride height is 1.5 inch off N/s to O/s. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm looking at replacing the alternator in my 2000 Disco TD5, I am seeing a few different brands that vary in price. Obviously I would rather save the money if I can but do not want to compromise on quality....does the brand really matter or am I just paying for a name?? Thanks

The first of many posts I'm sure..... The 3rd row near side window is leaking, there isn't any rust and the rubber seal looks....well not so rubbery!! How easy it is to replace and where is the best place to get a replacement rubber, should I do both sides whilst I'm at it??
