Hi, I changed the locks and window runners on my 2004 td5, the door frames are totally rotten. Skins are bad at the bottom as well. I’ve been looking around at complete doors, lr parts direct seem to be a good price for a pair, has anyone used them? Are they a pretty good fit for after market?

Is there such a thing as an full internal bulkhead for a 90? I have a td5 90 sw and have a half height bulkhead but need a full one, I could board it but would rather a proper one if there is such a thing!

I have bought a disklock and wondered if anyone in the Somerset area would weld some half moons on the back? Either for beer money or I have a few bits off of a disco 2 that might be of interest?

Im replacing the windscreen brackets soon because my leak badly and are in a pretty poor state, the question I have is do I use sealant along with the gasket? The previous owner has filled the gaps up in the brackets, is this a good idea or just leave as intended?

I bought a td5 defender a few months back, it had a new clutch and fly wheel 4-5k previous to me buying. I have noticed a judder on take up over the past few weeks is this normal? The damp seems to affect it too, once it's nice and hot it's fine.
