    When running im getting readings from 12.5 v up to 16 v thetes an electrical gremlun like a sticking relay sending itvinto limp home mode.If you switch engine off then back on the dash goes blank apart from SRS light and there is a nocking noise from dash I have to move gear stick to get dash on.

    Some symptoms im getting when I switch ignition off the internal light is really dim and I only get a reading of 7.0 volts also no dash board lights .If I play around pressing key fob The light brightens up and the dash comes on .

    I have connected a volt meter to my cigarette plug and getting readings which go up and down all the time between 11.7 and 15 volts and im not switching things on and off .Do you think the regulator is faulty ?

    ABS,TC,DHC Fault contact

    It will need a new wheel hub , just need to get it tested to find out which one.Make sure you buy a OE replacement.

    Yes I wanted to see if I could borrow a bigger battery to try , I get a lot of light flicker when the box changes up from first to second and some times it causes the sediment warning light to come on some one must know the connection between these el3ctrical glitches .:confused:

    Would that be engine loom ? As most is covered up in s plastic sheathing so hard to tell .

    One last go before I just sell as scrap.My td5 keeps going into limp home mode seems to be power sensative fault , the more juice I use the quicker it defaults to limp home mode ie no lights or heater on 20 miles before , heater fan on full a couple of miles .battery replaced 90 amp cca720 from...
