I have been trying to source a part no.ETC4706 which is the coupler from the oil pump drive to the vacuum pump on my 19j turbo diesel engine part is no longer available from l/rover and is obsolete any info would be much appreciated.Thanks

Just thought I would let you all know I dismantled the catch can no baffle put some wire wool inside fitted it all back test run no blue smoke.thanks for all your help guys.

no this was done lots of blue smoke from exhaust, changed hoses over same result,now running with normal connections all ok.I have owned the 90 for 23yrs its done 243000 kilometres about 170000miles and is like one of the family all be it worse than a child to look after

hi turboman,here hopefully are 2 pics of the setup the tubes are now disconnected but you can see the short one went to the airfilter to turbo and the long one to the rocker cap

no turboman no chuffing with cap off,weird isn t it don't know what to think only that oil catcher I purchased is not suitable

checked pressure from with oil filler off does not seem to be excessive as stated before I changed the hoses over on the oil catcher but same effect thanks for replies

I'm wondering if oil can catcher is suitable for 19j I bought it off of e-bay after reading a thread on here where one was fitted with photos attached.I am now running with normal connections but am concerned for future.
