    Changed and programed bcu Got it running now only thing not working is central locking unlock it locks fine. And needs to program the keys but I have a hawkeye. I've tried before admittedly with the old bcu and it didn't work.

    It's not hard to open I cleaned mine with isopropyl alcohol but it was still buggered. I could go through the wiring diagrams and change the cables around or what ever is needed.

    I thought that my receiver was at fault amongst the many faults it has, but when I came to replace it I found the ground washer was not fitted. And that was causing it not to work. I'm still waiting to buy a fusebox etc to get it up and running but lacking funds lol.

    I'm with you on the fuel although my D2 td5 is more tolerant than my volvo xc90 it has a fit if I use cheap fuel.
