Front caliper pins

Good afternoon guys
The wife unit The other day said her brakes were noisy so I had a quick look and I noticed the caliper pins were dry so I greased them up but noticed one pin a different shape, it was in the bottom and the other side it was fitted in the top, I've got her some new pads and discs I'm fitting later to night so if anyone knows do I fit both thiner ones at the top or both at the bottom. FYI at first I thought there weren't the correct pins but all the ones I've looked at ordering are one solid pin and one machined down if anyone understands what I'm on about

The ones with the recess and usually holding a rubber sleeve fit at the bottom.

Do NOT apply grease to the rubber ones. They will swell and jam. Use only high temp rubber grease.

Plain pins can be used if same length with no noticeable difference. Believe rubber is to reduce shudder.

I would use red rubber grease. As not petroleum based it won't affect rubber seals or gaskets.
