Thanks ;) ok, after removing the tensioner, & checking the bearing for smoothness, & simply turning around the jockey wheel on the tensioner, reattach & put it back on the car, all is well. remember if ya doing this ya self, place a 15mm socket & tension bar on the jockey wheel nut...

hi all my 300tdi motor is screeching, around the belt tensioner,water pump bearing area, i havent taken the tensioner off yet, or examined the pulleys or bearings.. is it a straight forwrd job , to take the tension wheel off ,remove the tensioner, & replace it?? do i need to remove anything to...

veggy oil,its just gone up 27p a litre, the greedy bsds........they make 70p+ per litre at the check out, diesle they only make 20/25p.............Grrrrrrrr...& they wonder ...........why shop lifters take the **** too......(not that i am), fill ya boots lads! lmao :)

NO td5 will run on veggy,or bio..buy the real stuff, its only 10p **10p** a litre more ...lmao veggy rose today to 95p a litre in all supermarkets, the aint stupid, they take the ****..........they make 25p a litre on diesle at the pump & 70p+ on veggy oil....mmmmmmmmmmm :(

a bud who's obviously into , takling resto jobs , had an old series 2/2a monster, but its all a bit shot(bulk head, etc ) but the chassis dont look too bad, so ,with a couple of right off swb landies, like an disco 200tdi & some defender bits ,is rebuliding this thing, good idea !! me...

42 yrs.7 yrs no claims..comp ..90td with 300dtdi , motor £155, 100 ex,50 glass...im well happy. some place called 'lancaster ins' , found it on the pc !!
