I need to replace the front and back calipers and brake lines and flexi pipes. what are people's thoughts on the cut to length kits on e bay. also need the right flexi pipes last few parts. It's a discovery 300tdi R reg non ABS model any help...

Yea mines a two button fob. Think its the actual soldered buttons on the fob.

Got about a six mile drive to work the temp gauge tends to sit just above quarter of the way. heater is nice and warm but haven't really used it much since I've had the car

First thing I would look at are fuses and if anything else is not working as it should.

Well disco decided the exhaust was and optional extra it just didnt need. Its bloody dificult trying to extract a exhaust thats bent round the rear axle. Then got caught under a tip barrier.

Tappets never done them in my life will refer to the big book of lies Haynes and dig some feeler gauges out. Will check hoses when I clean intercooler and inlet manifold out. Won't be till middle of September though when I finally get some time off work. Plenty of easy and free checks to do...

Thats one thing I haven't done completly slipped my mind. Will check when I get car back from the garage boot floor was a bit rusty decided to get it replaced before it gets too far.

Even concidered squished or perished fuel lines/leak off pipes. Presume theres no posh electrical magic that can put it limp mode my frontera does that ocasonaly iff we have been off roading and theres mud on a certain connector.

I will have a good nose around when I pull the interior out. Have noticed at night the other switches are iluminated and drivers window is not no most probably as said is a connection issue.

Tyres are standard ats no large tyres. Also got new pads and disks to put on ones on are all pitted and scored. Will probably do the fuel pump tweek last if it needs it. Is there a filter or anything in the tank that can get gunked up.
