Problem solved.. it was the fuse, not broken but bad connection I guess.

Hi all, I´ve had that bloody SRS light on (and off) for a few months and it is about time to sort that out. I haven´t started going through all cables and connector yet, but read that those yellow once under the seats often causes problems. So, the question I have is what that yellow connector...

Got hold of another receiver box.. swapped it and voila! Opened up the old one and could see it´s been water inside. A bit of corrotion. The funny thing is that i do not have any sunroof...

I´ve grounded the cable but no succsess, back to square one. I did though manage to start the car with the EKA... what a painful process

I´ve got 85557... that would be hard to enter then..? correction... The dealer gave me the wrong code.. it is 4 numbers..

I´ve now got hold of that EKA code. In the instructions it says 4 digits... mine is 5..??

Yes i know, but can't i bin the whole alarm? No need for it.

Is there any way to come around the alarm so that i could use the car eventhough the remote is dead?

Could you replace the reciver with a new one without re-program it?

Hi, I have 2001 TD5 Disco that all of a sudden the key remote stopped working on. I locked the car two days ago and yesterday evening trying to unlock the car it just didn´t work. I could unlock it with the key in the door lock. But once I open any door the alarm went off. I´ve tried my...
