    You could try sandblasting it which will take the alluminium oxide back to bare metal, and provide a key for your primer, Acid Etch Primer work well, and then paint.

    They were fine before the trip greenlaning, and was the next day, could be the quality of the Halfords high performance ones. May try OSRAM Bulbs which we use at work for marine shipping and see how they perform. Then if they blow quickly will dig out the multimeter and have a ganda. Ta Ed

Anyone use a heavy duty vibration resitant bulbs? OR used some neoprene gasket material between the bulb fixings...

    Air con horrible grinding noise

    Just had a look and it was the same plastic splash guard for my car and all.. would you believe it i was having kittens when i heard that noise. Brightened my weekend up :D Have a good long weekend.

    General gt at2. Pretty good not to much road noise. And quite aggressive for all terrain . Very happy but £100 quid a piece.

    I made everything from off cuts at work, so it was free. I wasn't planning on making it as high, but i over calculated. The Side profile is that of a triangular shape, it was the clamping idea that took a lot of time. I Haven't yet wired them up will be a job this weekend :D but will use glands...
