Hi guys i am a newbie so bear with me please. Recently bought a 51 plate 1.8 petrol with 53000 miles on the clock and a new engine less than a year ago. When we pull up at traffic lights or a junction etc the revs drop right off almost to a stall before settling themselves. Any ideas? On...

Revs drop to almost stalling at traffic lights or junctions, go on say it, serves me right for buying the 1.8 petrol but in my defence i didn't know Much about them until after id bought it and it did have a new engine last year :)

Had 4x4s in the past including a v8 disco, which sadly passed away a year and a half ago and is much missed. Now a proud owner of another landrover all be it a baby one, but its definitely better than the navara I had in between!! :)
