Hi The sat Nav no longer displays on my display unit and there is no light on the unit itself. I am assuming its died for whatever reason. My question is does anyone know if the sat nav and CD is linked on this model as I have also lost the ability to plays CD's Cheers

Hi again Am looking to try and solve my cd sat nav failure and notice the power light is out on the sat nav, if as I suspect the cd and sat nav are linked failure of the sat nav unit may also take out the cd display, would you agree?

As the radio works I am assuming the audio control unit ( I think it's called that) is probably ok?

Hi yes radio and sound is all fine. The display on the head unit is missing the cd and sat nav. The cd changer seems to work ok it's simply not on the head unit to be able to select it

Thanks yes I have tried all the known faults, water ingress, it all appears dry, poor or corroded connections, they all appear good. Have pulled the fuses, all to no avail! Hence the decision to look at an iPod replacement
