It looks like the bolt in question is #10 in the diagram. It appears that there is not a nut behind it. Yesterday I was able to tighten it in, but the non-threaded part still stuck out by about 1 or 2 cm, so not fully in. I'll try and borrow some sockets to see if I can get it down more Thanks,
