Cheers for that Dave, gonna try a repair first with a rebuild kit including the regulator, there's a guy in Coventry selling them at £39.95 which seems more reasonable. The only thing with the repair kit (gaskets only),it mentions a regulator tip seal and regulator body seal, the rebuild kit...

Thanks for the quick response. The repair kits would appear to come with all gaskets but not the diaphram which is the cause according to some...what should i be lookin for ?

Needing to replace what I think may be the original Delphi battery in my 13 year old D2.Looking at the Numax C31 1000 its got 120ah with 1000cca, has anyone got one ? I looked at the Varta also but the terminals are not centred like the Numax, any info appreciated......

I would say yes you have a warped disc, if you have the 3 amigos on then the ABS along with the TC and HDC should'nt work....they don't on mine anyway !!
