Hi all, On changing gear and bringing clutch pedal up there is a jolt. If I bring the pedal up slowly its fine. Is it likely to be clutch wear? Adjustment needed? Car done about 60k. I'm guessing as usual. Mad Hat Man .Sorry about another of my questions as I got your name wrong.

Can anyonyone tell me why diesel freelanders are superior to the petrol ones. Is it just because of the higher torque or is there more to it?

hi. i know a 2.0 td freelander will tow 2000kg on the flat but what is the weight for towing weight up an incline of about 30/40 deg for about 1/2 mile (boat to and from slipway) thankx

thanks. everyone it was a failed battery. even though i charged it up and thought it was ok it obviously never had nuff kick. congrats to the ones who got it right.
