sorted picked up a second hand box and torque converter for £180.00 just seemed to b the quickest fix.

my discs auto box lost reverse after a day at Tong, abandoned it in the workshop went back to it a couple days later, drove ok in forward still no reverse, put it reverse and revved it up and all of a sudden it drop in and started working, checked it over and found some water in auto box so...

not the best of days for me there 20 mins in and brand new fuel filter collapsed so ended up parking up and riding around in back of mates 90

Does anyone know where you can buy spare parts for a Detroit locker, my mate has broken a 10 spline half shaft and now the locker has gone to broken aload of teeth. thanks

had same problem with mine, in the end took the the edc pump off put a second hand old style pump on cost me £50 for pump, had to change injector pipes and brackets for kick down cables mine is auto, turned key and she started first time. I went down the route of amr box and and fob but they...

I run Detroit in rear but destroyed front diff this time which was just a standard open diff, just bought a complete axle yesterday, was cheaper than buying diff off ebay lol . what sort of money are you after for trutrac doesn't matter about being built up I can do that

we had right laugh to be honest only down side was dave in the blue disco snapped a rear shaft and blew back windows out and I blew front diff just before we left, but that's half the fun off it lol:D

which pump have you standard or EDC ??

thanks to everyone for the advice given, all sorted now. took EDC pump :violent: and changed it for standard non EDC pump, starts and runs great now :D
