i need to get this old freelander onto trailer. the wheels wont rotate freely. its been stood for some time. i have had a wheel off to try to free up, ( the calipers are off ). it wouldn't even move with a very strong bar. i've tried skids, no good. anybody got any ideas.

nodge68....... the discs are slightly rusty. this noise is only on left side. i did a short test with the pads out (brake line clamped).

just took it out onto the road, with this noise i didn't take it any further. tyre press ok. wheel has been off & calliper checked. checked wheel brg before taking wheel off. noise wasn't there before putting vehicle on drive. had pads out & they are ok. checked disc is secure. when going in...

after being stood on the drive for a while, I took this vehicle out for a trial, there was a rotating noise from the front left wheel area. anyone got any ideas.

its the pinion seal on the ird at the front end of the propshaft ( the diffs ok )
