Hi all whilst fitting a new rocker i managed to strip the thread out of the block with one of the stud bolts. I have managed to remove the stud but have no idea where to progress from here. Anyone used the helicoil systems or can suggest another method? thanks Jon

Hi, my rear diff is slowly leaking, so in order to fill it up i have to remove the filler plug half way up the diff house. However this bolt is completely stuck and half rounded, cannot budge the thing. Any ideas on how to get the plug out? cheers guys

Have been changing my brake pads today (defender 2.5TD) and have happily moved all the pistons bar one using a g-clamp. However one is stuck and has a rounded back on the calliper so cannot get the g-clamp to sit. Any Ideas? Cheers Jon

Hi guys on my 2.5TD there is a split in the metal pipe where the coolent runs into the heater unit. Have tried plugging the hole with metal epoxy but hasn't held. The main issue is that the hole is in a really awkward spot which i cannot see unless the heater was removed. Does...
