Hey does anyone know how to get into the bonnet(hood) if your latch release has broke or not releasing ? A jpeg of the route of the cable would be of great help. or a step by step instruction of how to get in there without jacking up the finish.

I recently purchased a 97 disco !. I love it. However the lights flicker I was thinking this could be a alternator issue however I was also thinking perhaps a voltage regulator. Rather then spend alot of money on swinging tree mechanics which is the more likely colperate? And I have a squeak...
