Hello i have recently bought a 04 plate disco 2, which now seems to be developing probs which you can hear about in time. I spend most of the week away driving a lorry which limits my driving time. Rubbish. Dad has a 200 tdi defender which im trying to convince him to let me start modifying it...

can any body shed a little light on what the clunk/knock is on my disco 2, it sometimes occurs on take up of drive or when driving on hard rough ground making me think it could be suspension based. it's getting frustrating. not sure where to start looking so all advice welcome. cheers.
